The Pad is the world's first cybertecture apartment tower and region's most technological advanced building.

THE BINARY BUSINESS BAY - DUBAI














The Binary will comprise of dual 21 and 25 storey freehold commercial towers fused at the centre that will rise on plot number 50 in Dubai's Business Bay District. The towers will offer Grade-A office space ranging from 980 to 1,935 square feet.

The top two levels of each tower will have duplex offices with waterfront views.

The office tower will be elevated over a 4 level podium, which will contain a medical centre, commercial and retail shops.

The Binary is the first to be based on Omniyat's new OYSTER concept of office design. Buildings based on this concept are self contained and produce excellent results.

The office tower is currently in the construction phase and is scheduled for completion by the third quarter of 2009.
